This page is dedicated to remote support. You will have been asked to go to this page with your browser in order to initiate a remote support session.

When asked by the techician please click here to launch the remote assist site.This will prompt you to install an active X control - please ensure you click on the security bar and install.

If you are unable to see the remote support number you can download the programme (6.5mb) here. Please click save to your desktop and run it once it has downloaded. This will launch a browser and produce a client id to give to the remote technician.
