We can support you on a ad hoc basis where you call when you need us, we can initially use our remote support tools to take over your pc/server/laptop and resolve your problem there and then, or if necessary we can dispatch an engineer to your premises to deal with more difficult problems.

We can support you on a monthly basis from £10+vat per computer per month for workstations and £40+vat per month for servers. This includes remote support again and can be tailored to include same day engineer visits if required.This way you know you are covered in the unlikely event of a catastrophy which might stop your business being able to function.

We can also offer fully managed support, this is where we will provide the extra benefits of business broadband management, website hosting and support, and email hosting and support. This also includes changing users and email addresses etc when necessary - you can get on with what you are best at - running your business, let us control all your technical requirements.
